😊: The staff were incredible. We definitely recommend staying here. Our bags were delayed from our flight and the lovely reception person tried to help us in every way she could. The bags arrived at midnight (5 hours before we left Lima) and she was still all smiles and kind words. She made a stressful situation manageable. Also the room was good value for money. The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and stress free.
