If you want to have a different experience of food in Lima, it is worth trying the food of the Amazonas. This restaurant is lovely, has a really good ambience, unpretentious with a superb service! Increíble experiencia en El Aguajal. Lo recomiendo mucho, la comida estuvo exquisita y la atención de los mozos fue excelente.

Todos los platos muy buenos pero si quieren aventurarse a nuevos sabores recomiendo el fettuccini en salsa de cocona con Cecina y el arroz chacarero, este último con especias selváticas exquisitas. Te dan el ají de cocona en todo, es exquisito, no pica mucho. De entradas me gustaron las yuquitas rellenas. El madurito frito si me gusto pero siento que es más un postre por la mantequilla de maní, vienen bastantes, como unos 12 rodajas. Por último, tomen el jugo de camu camu, es muy bueno.

Los platos están alrededor de 35 soles los de fondo. Las entradas están en 16 soles aprox.
