The place is good quiet place to relax. But the front desk is annoying they called me 5 times i already explain my side she still doesnt understand! I am not mad about it. I hope nextime they will not do it again you may distrurb the person...

직원들 교육이 필요합니다 자주 이용하고있었는데 이번 사건으로 실망이 큽니다

The staff wakes guest up in the morning with a phone call asking for guest’s privacy. When I made a complaint, the office said “never mind ”hung up on the phone without any apology.

If i make figure out more this for responsibility,it make me mad more. So i quit it
