I regret to share that our recent experience at the venue was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, the function hall was noticeably unclean, particularly the table covers, which we were informed had been reused from a previous event. Despite raising this concern multiple times with both the supervisor and marketing staff, no corrective action was taken.

Our decorators were unable to complete the setup as they were not permitted to proceed, which significantly impacted the overall presentation. The supervisor displayed unprofessional behavior, and the marketing team failed to honor the arrangements previously agreed upon.

The quality of the food served was substandard, and the service crew did not deliver the level of service expected. Additionally, the guest rooms and bathrooms were in poor condition, further contributing to the negative experience.

Overall, the management was ineffective and did not uphold the commitments made during the planning phase. The venue lacked efficiency, with dim lighting and visibly dirty table covers detracting from the ambiance.

Room is surprisingly spacious. It is clean. Has a cable TV, a metal safe, mini ref and aircon (a bit old but still does the job). Power outlets are not strategically placed. No complementary bottled water. No electric kettle if you want to heat water for drinking. But area is quiet so you get a good night’s sleep. Bed is comfortable with just the right firmness. I also like that room key is separate from the power card. The door to my room though, grates along the floor when it swings open or close. Toilet is clean. Does not have a pail or a bidet so you have to request for a dipper. No toothpaste nor toothbrush. 2 small bars of soap are provided as well as a dispenser with liquid soap for hair and body. Water has low pressure (mahina). No hot water for shower. Bath towels are provided. WiFi is free but very weak to non-existent in the room I was assigned. Cellular signal is good enough. Elevator is fast. Buffet breakfast is available and food is okay. Restaurants are aplenty nearby if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Staff is accommodating and very friendly. Maybe this hotel was a 3-star when it first opened. But it is definitely not a 3-star now as this hotel is not maintained well. Don’t stay here. For the same price or a little higher, you can find a better hotel. It is not a pleasant experience when you end up having to kill at least 10 cockroaches (small as they may be) in the bathroom from the time of arrival up to the morning of check out (stayed 3 nights). Aircon is noisy but at least it cooled the room. No complimentary water in the room. Hallway has a smell. No toiletries except for 2 small pieces of soap and a maybe a bottle of shampoo. No hairdryer. For a standard deluxe room, we had free breakfast for 2. The standard matrimonial room good for 2 that our friends stayed at only came with 1 free breakfast. Staff at reception were nice and courteous and always asked if we wanted the room cleaned when we left for the day.
