RedDoorz near New Government Center — Hotel in Bacolod

I just arrived and I book until January 12. I live a block away it's just that the house is full. The room does not have a good WIFI connection although it's indicated that there is WIFI, the guy working for the place said, it's only in the lobby. The TV in my room doesn't even have the right cord. The linen when I came in has stains and it smelled like a laundry that didn't dry up properly. I had it changed and the guy told me that the mattress foam caves in, but they don't have the foto replace it with. I had to wipe the a/c vent for it's dirty so is the side table and the cabinet. The bathroom is scary. Took photos. The owner needs to visit to see how to improve the place. I had to go down to have the linen replaced, it smelled upon going down I saw a big rat running going towards the stairs on the 3rd floor. This hotel is not as advertised. The Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible. You won’t be able to work. The rooms have either a smell of bleach or a mold. the mattresses are of the lowest quality. And the rooms are not very secure so you can’t leave anything of value in the rooms. Who cares if there is a tv (it’s tiny) if you can’t even get wifi. There are no windows so you can’t even see the sun come up. It can get noisy too. The lighting in the rooms are ok. The trickle flow shower is usable but low pressure. You get less than ya pay for with this place. I don’t understand how people are giving this place a good rating. The only thing I can think of is that the place does seem to be not so dirty.
