My company booked me to stay here. I like that their shower is easy to configure. Price is reasonable. Good for those who are watching their expenses. Aircon and cable tv are also good points. Bathroom has a pail and dipper for Pinoys who can’t live without those. Bed is firm, pillows are just the right size & blankets are warm. However, the bad outweighs the good. They accept cash only. Not credit cards. Room I was assigned to was tiny. Bathroom is tiny and I am only 5 feet tall. When I sit on the toilet, my knees are a mere inches away from the wall. They provided 1 small bar of soap & 2 sachets of shampoo for my stay there. That’s it. They will only clean the room upon request. They don’t have their own restaurant so you have to go out for meals. There is a restaurant at the side of the lobby. It opens very early but is closed by 5pm. At night, there is a band that plays at a bar nearby and is so loud that it drowns the sound of the tv. They play loudly from around 10pm til midnight then music is a bit muted until around 1am. So if you have work the following day (like me) then you’re going to hate this place. In the morning, you’ll awaken to people stomping down the stairs and conversations along the hall. Not a good way to wake up. Internet is free and fast as long as you are within range. Unfortunately for this place, I have stayed at better hotels near this. A difference of around Php500, I would rather go to those places than here. Sorry.

The room offers two spacious beds and a pleasant view through a nice window, with a fresh scent greeting us upon entry. However, there is no coffee heater or complimentary coffee provided, and the internet connection became intermittent and eventually stopped working. The lobby is above average, but the cable TV is limited to just one channel. Additionally, the bathroom shower was not functioning properly, and the door's keycard system was faulty, making it difficult to enter the room. I had to ask for assistance every time I returned. Please refer to the photo I posted for further details.

Highly Recommended place to stay... Very affordable and comfortable... An inn with a great (5 star) service.... From booking upto reception, staff, service, cleanliness, accomodation and even the owners warm greetings......The hotel's location is safe and in the heart of the city....All great.... Highly Recommended...

If you're looking for a place just to sleep with strong WIFI connection, East Square is the place to be. It's a newly built inn thus rooms are still in good condition. Rows of restaurants and bars is just a stone's throw away.|If you are travelling with heavy luggages I wouldn't recommend this place as they dont have elevator, staff would help you though. You may want to choose a room also facing their front entrance as the back of the hotel is the Marketplace, which has rows of bars and restaurants with live band performances at night. Management can also provide bigger signage of "pls respect guests privacy or pls dont slammed your door" as the sounds in the hotel echoes, and causes disturbance to other guests. I was awaken several times because of door being slammed.|Bathroom is quite a challenge also as it is very tiny. TV has about 4-6 channels only but who needs TV when you're always out. They have a water station thus hot water for coffee is not a problem. |I would still give this place a very good rating because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you Abby, Luisa and to the 2 room...

It was a day when our internet was not working well , we had to go somewhere to have our classes for the night , East Square Inn is one of our option because it is just 30 minutes away from our location . As we inquire how much the room was --it is only 500 pesos for one night and it is actually cheaper than other places which we also checked online .... the room is clean , the area is so cool and relaxing . The lobby has wifi . the room has strong wifi , the reception gives password for all the wifi from lobby to 2nd floor (very useful) water is available in the lobby and receptionist is available all the time . ||Thank you . Surely checking in here is not a hassle . ||We didnt regret choosing your Inn for our travel and it...
