It's disappointing, not the food but the crew there. Your store is supposed to be friendly with your customer or atleast greet them nicely or treat them with kindness and give them your long patience.

I went to this branch earlier to buy my dinner and this cashier asked me if i'm going to dine in then i immediately said "take out" and then after a few minutes they served me a dine in order which i refused to accept and said nicely "ay take out ako" then this cashier murmured "ambal mo dine in" maybe he thought i didn't hear him lol. I never said "DINE IN" in the first place.

First time eating here and it feels like you are not welcome to this place. I asked one of the crew of how the order works because most of other branches of Jollibee with in bacolod uses a beep device that you will know if your order is ready. and so I ask one of the crew and they answered me as if I am being judged. That day Im also wearing just a shorts and a long sleeve. Also the order process was so slow that I waited for almost 25 mins just to get my order served. Overall its not...
