We joined this trip as part of a group and requested to move rooms since the lower deck had already been fully occupied by another group. The receptionist agreed to our request, with an additional fee, which we were happy to pay.
Before we moved to the 4th floor, we noticed that the room setup wasn’t ideal for our group of three. There was only one double deck available, while the rest were upper decks, which made it difficult for us to settle in comfortably. That was one of the main reasons we requested the room change.
After transferring to the 4th floor, we realized that the wall fan was too far from the socket. We asked for an extension cord, and they initially provided two. However, even when connected together, they still couldn’t reach the fan. It was only after I firmly followed up that they provided a third extension cord—one that could finally connect the socket to the wall fan.
While we’re grateful for the eventual solution, it would have been more reassuring to receive full support from the beginning without needing to escalate the concern.
