A Truly Authentic Indian Dining Experience!

We recently dined at Mahii Indian Cuisine as a family of 7, and from the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the warm hospitality and inviting ambiance. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating—making sure everyone in our group was comfortable and well taken care of.

The food? Absolutely phenomenal. We ordered a variety of dishes and every single one exceeded our expectations. The family-size Chicken Biryani was perfectly spiced, fragrant, and generously portioned, definitely a standout. The Chicken Curry and Chicken Masala were rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. For the vegetarians in our group, the Dal Fry, Cheese Paratha, and Cheese Samosas were delicious, and full of authentic flavor.

We also couldn’t resist ordering their Pani Puri which was fresh, crisp, and delightfully tangy! And to cool things down, their Mango Lassi did not disappoint, it was the perfect way to end the meal.

One thing that really stood out to us was how hands-on the owner is. Being Indian himself, his passion for authentic cuisine truly shows, not just in the food, but in how he interacts with customers. He personally checked in on our table and asked us how the food was, which added a lovely personal touch to our evening.

It’s no surprise that Mahii has received multiple awards and recognition for being the best authentic Indian cuisine in the area. The dedication to quality and tradition is clear in every bite.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience genuine Indian flavors in a welcoming, family-friendly setting. We will...

We randomly came across this small restaurant which turned out to be a multi-awarded authentic Indian food restau.

Food We tried out their Chicken Masala, Paratha and Chicken Kebab.

Chicken Masala - Super tender and flavorful ng chicken masala, kusa na lang humihiwalay yung chicken meat sa bones and hindi overpowering yung spices used sa sauce niya. May konting heat, but is ok lalo na sa mga hindi malakas sa maanghang. Must try to!

Paratha - I forgot the specific paratha we ordered but it was the flakey one. Among all the other indian restaurants we tried even in Manila, ito yung the best! It was crispy, flakey and not bland! The paratha itself is great kahit konting sauce lang ilagay niyo.

Chicken Kebab - It was a so-so for us. I think it wasn't as special as their other dishes. Although I still recommend you trying this one if you want to taste a real kebab flavor.

Lassi - We tried the plain lassi, and I think it would be best if you get their Lassi with flavors. As in plain lang na yogurt kasi yung lasa niya with ice.

Service Their staff was really attentive on what we needed, friendly and were asking if food is ok.

Atmosphere It's a small restau lang really, and we ate outside so parang karenderia vibe lang siya. But since it's baguio, you'll still get that ac breeze lol.

Overall, it's well...

Food: Chicken Biryani 10/10 would recommend (we ordered solo each and 1 pc of chicken was included hahaha as in solo but with shredded chix meat) Roti was okay Cheese Samosa 10/10 would recommend, 3 pcs per serving Butter Chicken 4/10 🥲 sauce consistency was not thick.... it's very thin compared to other Indian restaurants I've been to. Not worth it imo

If you order Mutton Biryani, it'll take an extra 20mins. We had "coke in can" but it wasn't in a can and was served per glass. It would be better if they could offer 1.5 bottles instead. They also don't have service water, they only have bottled water.

Experience: Tables were outside so expect noise pollution and heat. You have to ring the bell upon ordering and walk up the window to order, get your order, and pay.

If you want extra sauce there's also a charge, lowest would be at 39php I think.

Plus: They respond super fast when you text them!

Overall: This would satisfy your cravings for Biryani and Cheese Samosa. (My sister said Ali's has better servings for Biryani, 2-3pcs of chicken~) I can't comment on their curry though! For butter chicken, you're better off...

We went there around 8pm craving for biryani and you can smell the aroma outside. Good thing the dining is open space coz i hate it when you come out smelling like a walking biryani. Street parking for 1 car. The lady greeted us and it was our first time so you need to order, pay and get your food at the counter. Some items are already sold out so we only ordered biryani and potato samosa. The samosa is large and sooo yummy! Chicken biryani has 1 small leg, kinda disappointing coz other resto has quarter size of a chicken. No other garnishing on the rice, but i saw old photos with 3 colors of rice and some cucumber and lemon, or maybe those were different items. Tastes good but i wont come back due to the small portion of chicken.
