First time to try a transient-type accommodation. We're given a room on the 2nd floor, kinda attic-type layout that is separated from the rest giving you a bit sense of privacy. This one I think is more decent than the other rooms that we saw. It feels cramped inside yet can still accommodate up to 3 pax. A/C works well and water flow from the shower is just fine.. except in the toilet's wash basin where it is very weak for doing washing or toothbrushing. Shower has no hot water option.. you have to request from the staffs if needed and they'll provide you thermos-filled of boiled water. Room housekeeping is also upon request since I noticed that they don't do this on regular routine unless the guests ask for it. When dining, we opted for the outside restos. We tried their breakfast set meals once but found them too oily for our likings.||However, what I can commend are the staffs (esp. Jen). They are polite, approachable, engaging, and way too helpful. The cost for our room was P1,500, the room has a single bed, a TV, and air conditioning but the CR has no heater, no ventilation, and no hot water. It is pricey considering that when we went to the beach, the surfing instructors told us there were rooms that are worth P1,000 only and they had the same things that Ninas Transient house had, except that there was ventilation and hot water in the other transient houses nearby. Wow! We could have used that 500 to go surfing instead. The owner is also slightly rude, she is always on her phone and doesn’t help or talk much when it comes to finding places to go. It was also very noisy at night because the owners and some locals use the store nearby to have a drinking session. It is just too bad a place when there are better and CHEAPER transient...
