We arrived there and looks like they weren't informed about that we are arriving and didn't know the guest name. They even have to clean something in our room before we can check in. The look of the resort,rooms and surroundings are far from what they send or posted. The house isn't clean. The 5mins walk to the beach isn't true. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Air-conditioned rooms and spacious rooms. They have a pool which is watered by spring waters that's why it's very cold.
