la patricia is situated in barangay sabang where most of the hotels are. it is a beachfront property with a swimming pool at the rear, right before the seashore can be seen.||room is supercool since it has new airconditioning units. wifi is only available at the lobby and resto. and there's no floormat right outside the bathroom to wipe your feet/slippers dry. cable TV is limited.||breakfast is inclusive in the tariff rates. just be sure to bring along with you lots of tolerance because the management could not do anything with guests who shout and yell along the hallways at any time of the day and night, like it was home, disturbing the peace if those who would prefer to just rest inside their rooms. and oh, it also reeks of cigarette smoke because they could not reprimand unruly guests who could not control their nicotine fix. there is a designated smoking area but some people are just plain insensitive.||la patricia has a potential to be great. but as long as management would not care and the parking remains horrible, you'll not get your...

We had a wonderful stay at La Patricia Hotel. The check in was smooth. We stayed at cabana 7. The room is just enough for 6 pax. The aircon is working fine, room is cold the entire time we were there. They have bedding/kumot which provided warmth and fluffy pillows for each pax, so no "agawan". The bed itself is comfy - - no back pains. The towels were clean and white. They also provided toiletries set.

The CR is clean and spacious. It has hot and cold shower. Toilet is working perfectly fine, and it has bidet.

Breakfast was included in our package. No option to choose from. You can order ala carte, for extra charge.

They have a resto which serves decent-tasting pinoy food at an affordable price. Serving is good for 2-3 pax.
