Went to Batanes for a 4D3N trip and booked accommodation here. They have exceeded my expectations as a low cost travel-inn. The total cost of the stay was P6,986. The price is higher as compared with other famous low-cost hostel here but I think one thing is I booked the accommodation one day before my supposed flight.
The room has one twin-sized and 1 single-sized bed, one toilet&bath, air-conditioned, a flat-screen tv with cable, and with the basic toiletries. The room is very clean, well maintained and smelled fresh. It also has a balcony facing Mt. Iraya (highest Mt. in Batanes).
Although, they do not have free wifi, but was not much of a problem.
The accommodation comes with a free breakfast. Each floor has a drinking water dispenser, so it saves me money as I can just refill before heading out for my tour.
The receptionist is also very accommodating and has even assisted to move my accommodation dates as my original flight date to Batanes has been changed due to bad weather condition. They also have free airport to hotel service.
They also tie-up with a local tour agency here so you can ask them for rates on tour packages. They have group tours (by van or tricycle) or have it DIY and just rent a tricycle for a day.
Overall experience is very good...

A few downsides: no options for breakfast. You only get what is being served that day (unless you give them extra market money to get you more variety. Also super early checkout time (it's understandable because flights get in really early so the next batch of guests come in the early morning). You can probably negotiate for a later checkout if they aren't fully booked.
You can overlook all that because the staff was warm and always helpful, the location was great (a few blocks to the town plaza and most eateries around, in a quiet residential area). Some of the rooms are new and are pretty nice for the price. There's also a roof deck that guests can access...
