We got there at about 11:30 am and trying to check in earlier than the said check-in time but the receptionist said it will be P300.more but they were not busy at all assuming there was only 1 car in the parking lot.. so we just had our lunch somewhere and came back. When we saw the inside of the room it wasn't looked like in the pictures at all and when I saw the towels it was like our "basahan/rags" is way more whiter than their towels!Crazy! We can't even cancel because it was non- refundable..maybe that was one of the reason why. Please stay away from this place, what a rip off.Microtel by Wyndham in Baguio is way more nicer and staff are very welcoming and they will give above and beyond service.Agoda please set your standard or else noone will book...
Read moreThe room is great because it's newly renovated. Bathrooms need a bit to be fixed, like spilling water from the flush. The front door must safely lock more than the bathroom door. Room service must clean up every day even if never ask.. inner cover is too old. Need to change to empress all costumers. They have a table but dont have a chair. The plug is too far on the bed on both sides.food is good. But one thing I noticed. I ordered the fried rice the first day for my lunch it was nice. Then I ordered the other day before I left. But the taste is not the same as I ordered the first time. Hope you can improve more in my future stay....

The restaurant and the menu - simply awesome. My stay didn't come with free breakfast but I kept coming back again and again for the all day breakfast. Staff are excellent, they are the best part of our stay. Would I come back...
