Signatures by La Famiglia — Restaurant in Bauang

I popped along with my partner for a meal. We had read the reviews and decided it was a good bet. I am a bit of a foodie and was brought up in a family where my mother had a food business and taught hotel chefs how to cook. My standards are high but fair. I have written a few reviews on restaurants in this area. So, we arrived and were greeted by very accommodating staff, well done. We sat and looked through the menu, limited items, so the food should be good. We settled on grilled tuna and sashimi salmon, but we're stopped dead in our tracks with the dreaded 'Sorry, not available' sentence. So, we are right next to the sea where fresh tuna is cheap and readily available and is landed on boats not more than 50m away. I didn't fancy the local fare as I can eat that at home or cook it myself. We made our excuses and left. We will try again, and rather than give this place a low rating, I will simply say that the head chef needs to get his act together. Better luck next time..... This is a fairly new restaurant in Bauang with gourmet and high-priced meals. And it's well worth a visit. Customer service was very good. Serving time was 10-20mins. The atmosphere was cozy and family-friendly. The interior was lush tropical and elyu beach realness. The live music was okay. The food was noteworthy. The bathroom labels were weird. Would dine in again though. Would love to try their steak next.

If you want your food to be served fast and good food. This is the restaurant that you should go.

We come in as a group 6 adults and 4 kids and our first order came out in less than 10 minutes.

Aside from the food coming out in a very reasonable time. It is also very good.
