Jorisan Waterfront Resort — Local services in Bauang

The place was nice and new however it needs improvement on a ot of areas.

Ease of reservation and checking in At first they won't hand me a key card because they coud not manually confirm whether the down payment I transferred via BDO online has been credited to their account. They want me to provide a deposit slip which of course I do not have since money was transferred online. They do not honor transaction report sent by the bank through email. They should adjust and adapt to their clients and to today's technology.

No bidet in the bathroom. Not even a tabo. Sink was leaking hence wet floor in the toilet. :(

No bedroom slippers. We had to ask for it and when we did we were given what seems to be used bedroom slippers.

Complimentary breakfast were plated silog meals and Milo. I asked whether we can have coffee instead and staff told me they ran out of stock.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!! This place is HORRIBLE! No coordination between the staffs. We arrive on time so I can take care of my reservation the front people were just on their phones. So I checked in but guess what rooms weren’t ready! I waited 30 mins more at the reception are with no AC! They even have the guts to ask me for my kid’s pool charge! I got to my room finding out my bathroom is locked, I called and it took another 30 mins for them to respond! This is a tiny hotel with less than 20 rooms I don’t know what’s going on but I will never ever coming back to this place! And just FYI the complimentary breakfast SUCKS!!! You’d be happier if you eat at Jolibee....

Jorisan waterfront is nothing short of the ordinary resort. The resort is just an average one, but the restaurant offers no good food. Moreover, when I visited the hotel, there was no water in our room.

I recommend the hotel, but with extreme reservation because of the inadequacy...
