Place was great, WiFi was fast, but not all rooms have a great view of the city. Was in room 410 and the only thing I had was a tiny window that saw nothing but mostly roofs from smaller buildings around it.

In terms of other perks, the place is right dab smack in the center of Divisoria so you have a lot of options for food and malls that are just a stone's throw away. The rooms, while a bit dated, are well maintained so you don't notice that right away unless you're really discerning.

Only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because of how the staff are during the wee hours of the morning. I'm a nocturnal kind of person and I work nights so looking for food at 2am in the morning is normal for me. 3 of the 4 nights the person at the front desk was napping while the security guard was no better. This is my hometown and while I trust that nobody would do any harm to the hotel's residence or staff, it would put me at ease if when I leave my room what I see is an attentive concierge rather than a napping one.

Didn't order any food from the hotel but they did have a buffet that's rather inexpensive. Maybe I'll have a go at it the next time I...

Premises: It is within the heart of the CDO plaza and is near to a couple of establishments such as fastfood chains, dry market, banks, etc. The entrance is always guarded making you feel safer||||Place: Although this hotel is a bit old, the check-in and check-out processes were swift (less than 10 minutes), the rooms that I've tried needs general housekeeping from vertical to horizontal surfaces). The signal is quite strong both for cellular (globe and smart) and wifi||||Passion for Service: Frequent guest (usually 2-3 nights) of this hotel due to my client's preferred accommodation and I can say that this hotel continually improves and listens to comments I always left in the room, i.e., lighting at the hallway needs improvement, breakfast serving time needs to be on-time, etc.||||Plate:I was not able to try their food especially for breakfast since I have to be on the road at 7:00 am. The breakfast buffet usually starts at 6:30 am however, for a couple of times that I stayed here, I have never experienced that the breakfast was ready at 6:30, not even at 6:45 am.||||Price: Reasonable due to...

P1080|Overnight stayed with 1 infant and toddler.|we had the superior room (Room #412) our first room was extremely dim, which was not friendly to kids. Don't have WiFi signal and telephone doesn't have dial tone, we tried the basic trouble shooting but the wirings was very dusty. We transferred from one room to another and still WiFi didn't work and AC also wasn't working well.||breakfast: P120/person (not sure) but it was 300 Plus something for 3 pax.||Staff: good, accommodating but not soo friendly. maybe it could better If staffs will put smiles on their face specially front desk and guard. ||Room: no complimentary drinks, incomplete toiletries (1 toothbrush only no soap and shampoo) ||Facilities: need maintenance specially for the wiring at the back of the telephone table. |Very dim light ( unadjustable) not friendly to kids. No scent at all (like other budget type hotel. Very old facilities. ||Location: heart of the city, accessible to everything like spa, restaurants and banks.|Close to malls also.||Cleanliness: 8/10|Value for...

For the price point in comparison to nearby low budget hotel, this one is probably a bit better because the bed sizes are bigger in dimension and the fixtures though dated are becoming more valuable and eye catching through time. The room is spacious in comparison to rooms of newer hotels nearby being an old hotel. The location is top notch being in the center of downtown CDO where shops and restos are aplenty. There are ATM machines a few meters away from the main entrance so no need to worry about paper bills. There is a breakfast buffet at the ground floor with menus unique to the city so no need to go to fastfood chains outside. Their lavatory was defective during my last stay, hence there are issues for an old hotel like this.

The hotel is old and lacking maintenance. When we checked in we pass by dirty linens and mattress in the hallway. The room was smelling of linement oil. When in the room, there were no towels, soap, shampoo and bottled water. When we asked for it, the front desk just answered that he has to check yet.. and there phone does not work in rooms so you have to call them through your mobile phone. Well, if you're just going to sleep here and not stay longer, it's quite bearable. Plus side in this hotel is it"s in the city center. So, whatever you need you can buy outside the hotel.
