The place is packed with a lot of students who come here to eat so make sure to come here on nonpeak hours to find a seat. It's a good place for college students who want to eat "Korean food" as the price is relatively affordable. The food itself was okay. Nothing really special about the taste. The Beef gyudon was a bit salty in my opinion, the "Korean Trio" was disappointing as the chicken strips were made up more of flour than actual chicken. The kimbap that came with the meal tasted okay. Their Cheesy tteokbokki was a weird in a way because it had kimchi in it. Tteokbokkis usually dint come with kimchi in them, just fisshcake but I guess it's their version of tteokbokki. I did enjoy their banoffee pie. You can clearly taste the banana fruit inside and the flavors where complementary to each other. One thing you have to know when coming here though is that the service is extremely slow. We had to wait for almost 30mins for our food to be served which makes it difficult to order another round of food as it takes them that long to prepare. I understand that there's a lot of customers, but they should have learned to manage their time in terms of prepping and cooking the food as they have been in service for a couple of years now.

Really pleasant small place to visit and stop by to eat. Our orders didn’t take too long to arrive but it would probably be harder to manage on busier days, especially since it would be a little while till used plates from previous customers would be cleared out from the tables unless you transferred it yourself. I can tell a lot of students from the college have lunch here since it’s conveniently close. I think the food was yummy for the price. Of course, you could get food that’s more suitable for a small budget somewhere else but it definitely delivers for the price you pay for it. Kimbap, kimchi, and chicken in the trio I ordered were all filling and my friend who got the katsu liked his order too. There was a wet puddle of water under the table we sat at so we were kindly asked to transfer so they could clean it which was a little awkward >_< but in the end its all dandy that they wanted us to sit somewhere better. Fyi, you’re not allowed to bring drinks in plastic and paper cups as we were informed but we asked to get a glass to transfer our drink to and it was fine from then on. ^-^ I wouldn’t mind going here a second time to try more items and take another look at the quality if I’m ever around this area again.

Here's my presonal review of Crumbcoat Location: 5/5 Food and Drinks: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Price: 5/5 Overall Feedback: Food is good and the serving is good for the price. The price is right for the taste too. No wonder it's always packed with students. The pasta was so good. The salad was fresh and the tuna dressing was tasty. The CC drink was also refreshing. The staff recommended it. I like that the cashier/staff was accommodating, friendly and full of energy. The location is accessible to being within Divisoria area in Downtown. Do I recommend this place? Absolutely!!! Great food, location, price, and staff!

They charged me with fees and packaging. For take out, they almost forgot the frappe. Aside from that they forgot the korean trio from the order. Had to travel from my workplace back to their store to get the refund since the owner does not want the korean trio anymore.

They refunded me the Item only. But the fees i paid online, the manager just said "1% ra na sir, dile na na irefund" Considering nag travel pa ko balik and traffic pa kaayo kay rush hour.

Okay ra unta, pero the servers were not nice, isog pa kaayo na murag sala pa nako na sila ang NAKALIMOT sa order. The Supervisor and cashier from Oct 10 6pm to 7pm were not helpful, the cashier on duty that time was RUDE and MALDITA. ZERO customer service.

I like the products, but the service is BAD. I paid fairly and exactly, but they will not help you unless mag isog2 ka even...
