Chingkeetea — Restaurant in Cagayan de Oro

I would say all the Chingkee branches within Divisoria is a staple for college students as it is how it was for me. But with the superb food and drinks aside, I hope their staff would improve their customer service as well as provide reciepts for every transaction. In my recent visit, a mishap happened where the quantity of the milk tea I ordered was doubled. Only when I asked for a recipet did the staff give me one and I told them that I did not order for two drinks but only one. The staff did not provide any solution to my problem, refusing to refund the extra drink even when it was still in queue. This left me thoroughly disappointed and I probably won't be going back any time soon. Things like this happend rarely, but when it does, it definitely leaves a bad memory of the place.
