The place is located inside the SM Grand Central Mall. Food overall is 4.5 since it has both hit and miss.

HIT: We ordered the Overload Meals in which the choice of meat and pasta varies for 369. Their smoked brisket is so tender (tho' I prefer it more smokey). Both 3 cheese and Aglio olio pasta are definitely yummy ✨ Their mushroom soup is superb (way better than KFC). Their chicken wings are big and not dry as I wanted, hell yes (tho' some are kinda oily). The price is just right especially for the chicken wings.

MISS: I'm not particulary a fan of their Garden Salad. Veggies taste fresh but the texture of the chicken is not for me and the taste is kinda bland.

Scorched Smokehouse is actually good for its price. The steak was tender and the sauce was flavorful, which I really appreciated. However, the steak was served fully cooked even though I prefer it medium rare, and the staff didn’t ask for my preferred doneness — though I admit I also forgot to mention it.

Food was okay, nothing mind-blowing but not bad either. The portion felt a bit small for the price. Service was decent, though not very attentive, even there are no other customers, but a quick check-in would’ve made the experience better.
