We are thankful to xtendops for giving us free accommodation as part of our relocation package in this hotel for one month and thinking that extending our stay in the hotel would a good choice we extended our stay paying using our own money. We paid for one room and gave security deposit and one month advance. 20k plus beddings wifi, garbage etc. 10,000 10,000 21,000 1,000 beddings 500 wifi 150 garbage 22,650.00 /2 pax 11,325.00 I got worst experience with this Place. JY Crown Palace is the worst hotel ive been and the worst owner I've ever met.
Hope xtendops will not let another victim/employees experience this.
When moving out the owner Annabelle Yang didn't like to return my security deposit since I need to pay the bil for the current month and even added for payment for room cleaning 500 pesos and laundry for 500 pesos and garbage etc. And there were unexpected expenses which would really shock a tenant. These expenses were given on -the -spot with Amy agreement posted from the beginning of occupancy.
The delay of payment counts 100 per day even I'm covered with my security deposit. I don't like having trouble so I paid the Php 1,300 but that very day I paid the additional Penalty I was forced to move out. Without any prior notice and worst the owner didn't give my refund. This is very unlawful and very inhumane.
The hotel didn't provide any tissue in bathroom, no soap etc. And need to pay 80 pesos per ride in the elevator more expensive tan a bus going to mactan airport which is only 50 pesos.
Job order was not done. I need to fix the faucet On my first night in the hotel. I was even shocked when I was about to pee there was a very big centipede like almost 3 inches long in the bowl which obviously can tell that the room was not cleaned and prepared for the guest. I need to buy myself cleaning liquid just to be sure there will no centipede to go out OMG.
Tiles are dirty. Cabinet got spiders and cockroaches Well i don't like companions in the room especially these arachnids and other insects
I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Overpriced hotel with under rated services. And not to forget the elevator use of 80 pesos per ride is more expensive than a bus ride going to Mactan Cebu Airport which is just 50
Staff might be good but since they follow orders they become acvomplice to bad doings of the owner.
The owner should take seminar on good manners and...
Read moreWe had a horrible experience by staying at and dealing with Oyo 130 JY Crown Palace Hotel.
The hotel was found on Kayak and the booking was made and paid for by credit card through Agoda.
The advertised hotel description was totally misleading, especially the photos. Upon arrival at 8:30pm, the outside of the hotel looked old and abandoned.
The underground parking was strewn with garbage and old building materials. Much of the floor was covered in large puddles. The entrance ramp was dangerously steep!
A guard was the only hotel employee on-site. The half-lit lobby was littered with boxes, assorted equipment, stored furniture, etc and was also very rundown.
In most aspects, the room was very rundown, too, complete with ants & cockroaches! We were even reluctant to sleep on the bed. No toilet paper, no small bar of soap, etc.
Early morning, cleaning staff outside the room were talking loudly in the hallway and banging the door while sweeping the floor.
From our 2nd floor room we heard a commotion in the lobby. Upon leaving, we witnessed the female hotel owner screaming at the reception girl. She didn't stop the loud scolding even after observing us coming down the stairs! We dropped off the room key, said our goodbye and left.
Shortly after, the owner phoned accusing us of not paying, then yelling threats of blottering my passport and smearing my name in my hometown. It came to a point where we had to tell her via email we are going to call our lawyer, only then she stopped...
Read moreWorst hotel in the world! Spend a month in this disaster. What a waste of money, disgraceful!
They charged me ₱500 for a fridge, ₱500 for Wi-fi without stable connection, ₱500 for sheets and towels, rent was ₱10,000, and I had to pay ₱200 for a full water bottle - through some miracle I received back the ₱200. Overall, utilities included, I paid a ridiculous amount of ₱13,800. But I wasn't allowed to use the elevator though, haha! Only VIP members may use the elevator, I had to go up and down to the fourth floor.
OYO guard is really weird, the boss cares only about herself. She "blessed me" when I left. Satire?! The owner only cares about money and her made up policies, like a dictatorship. The cleaners kept making noise in the hallway, day in day out. While the receptionist repeatedly said "Yes, sir." But never really helped me.
From the inside and outside, the flat is decaying of rust. Their complex desperately needs a renovation. There were no lights, broken tiles everywhere, et cetera. The apartment is without amenities. It stank, due to the fact nobody cleaned the room. All the taps were leaking, furniture felt old, and I could go on...
I wasn't able to find another condo, because every landlord in Cebu makes up these ridiculous rules or deliver terrible stays. In Lapu-Lapu apartments are much better, compared...
