Alberto’s Pizza — Restaurant in Cebu City

First, the food that we got is different from what we ordered. It was actually okay because we can still eat it but what we cannot understand is how rude how they assisted us. The one who entertained us was raising her voice, they didn't even apologize for the mistake. Most especially, how come they shouted and told us indirectly that we should quickly finish our food . I'm not assuming that she was pertaining to us because at that moment, we are the only dine-in customers. Even if they are having a bad day, that doesn't mean they can treat us that way....

Pretty classic Alberto's Pizza. Tho this branch might make you feel claustrophobic because of it's small space inside with no airflow, your only source of oxygen would come out of a hot blowing wall-mounted electric fan.

They do serve you a fresh pizza if you're willing to wait for like 30 mins or so since they prioritise deliveries (i think).

Note: Motorcycle parking is decent, however, parking is a NO...

If you guys want a good customer service experience go look for a different branch to order Pizza. Poor customer service, staff at front desk wont answer you with your questions. As expected they will serve our order with in 30 mins, waited 45-50 minutes just to have our pizza served.
