I am very sad to write this review. As a vegan I support vegan restaurants as much as I can. However, this was the worst vegan restaurant I have been to so far (this is our 126th country). The location is in an ally and it feels like an ally basement. Regardless, we thought if the food is good who cares, right? The food took a very long time. After about 15 minutes one of the waitresses came over to say that there were no fries for the burger. We said ok - can they give us something else? No she said. Ok. After about 30 minutes we inquired about our drinks. Where were they? About 5 minutes later they finally arrived. The lemonades were actually blended drinks which were not tasty. We left one as it was hard to drink. Finally about 40 - 45 minutes after ordering the food came. It was cold. The deepfried mushrooms were a hard crust of something with no mushrooms inside of it. It was hard to eat without worrying that it would break our teeth. The burger was soggy with the same "mushroom" crusties inside. A strange combination of crusty and soggy. We immediately asked for the bill. It did not come. Rob asked again for the bill. It did not come. We got up and asked for the bill. Of course, we still paid for the fries (which they were out of). Regardless, I am very sad to write this as I want to be supportive. But this place had no vegan restaurant "feel" - the 2 bored ladies in the front were more interested in their phones then in us. The food was pretty inedible, so I have to warn others. I wish...

Despite what other people say, there are a few places to have good vegan food in Cebu, so do not feel like you need to come to this place. It is okay but the service was absolutely terrible. We arrived at 2.30pm to an empty restaurant and ordered three dishes. A few things were already missing from the menu (which is okay) but after we got our appetiser, we waited an entire hour for nothing else to arrive. We called over the waitress, who hadn't even come over to ask us how our food was, and asked her where our mains were. She said that we hadn't ordered anything else... which wasn't true. But she continued to deny that we had ordered more food. Then, after confirming we still wanted the food (because we were STARVING by that point), she told us we could no longer order what we wanted because it would take them too long to make. So we had to settle for something else. The mains took another 30 minutes. So it was 4pm by the time we were tucking into our mains. In an empty restaurant. It was hugely disappointing and while it is not her fault, because I am a type 1 diabetic, I had a severe hypoglycemic episode because of the delay in the food.

Having a restaurant in Cebu serving fully vegan food is such a treat. But basic service manners should be a given.

It would have been nice for them to offer us something like a drink or dessert on the house because of their mistake. Or at least apologise! But we left with none of the two and had to pay the full price (it's not very...

In terms of food, it's really good; however, the service is genuinely not the best; it's very slow, and the staff aren't that attentive or welcoming. I say this as someone who feels uneasy asking questions, especially about how things work; they really don't handle those situations well.

They can’t even explain properly how the ordering system works; when you try to ask or tell them something, they often respond with "What?" repeatedly—sometimes up to four times—before understanding you. They're not attentive to their customers; to the waiting time for food; or to the way they act around people. Honestly, the waiting time is the worst. It was just genuinely so slow and was taking so long (mind you this is for the drink, some places would even have it served first.) I already finished my food but my drink isn't in my table yet. I need to keep asking for it to the server.

They also tend to stare; not in a helpful way, but in a weird and judgmental manner, rather than something that feels reassuring or inviting.

Nevertheless, the service is poor; the...

My experience here was more or less, I arrived and there were 3 more people in the restaurant, there was no menu only those 3, wait at least 7 to 10 minutes for those at the other table to finish seeing the menu, to all this I have asked for my order which was a vegetable soup which took almost 30 minutes to get to my table and a fruit bowl (which took about 20 to 25 minutes) and this one had a hair inside it, I sent him to change and they prepared a new one took another 25 minutes more, it was good. they had only 1 person attending and three in the kitchen, but the delay was really too much. ( Observation that the cooks and all staff who are in the kitchen use something to cover their hair) I hope they do well and improve their time and wait for the customer, blessings.

I would say this was a very underwhelming experience. I honestly thought there was a joke somewhere. Firstly, the service was fine, the drinks not bad. We all had some form of lemonade which was nice enough. Other than that, though, it was downhill for me. The food came out at odd times, and the descriptions were just odd! The vegan burger, was just literally a burger. No bun, no bread just a burger is some gloopy brown sauce. Not appetising at all. When the chips came out - half a plate at that - it was way too late to eat with the burger which had by that time gone cold. I won’t speak for my friends, they were more generous in their thoughts, but I for one won’t be coming back. What a disappointment and definitely not value for money (see the receipt below).

Good vegan place in Cebu with potential for improvement. What I ordered: - Chow Pat Chin (Sauteed vegetables): Had a good taste and was cooked with less oil. Nice! It could have been a bit less salty - Vegan burger Steak: Was okay, but small portion. Would have preferred it without the sauce. - Lemon grass ice tea: It was a bit too sweet, even tough is was brewed freshly according to the statement of the restaurant Points of improvements: - Show a picture of ever dish in the menu - Provide the sugar on the side, so every guest can choose their own level of sweetness - Use a bit less salt - An absolute plus point would be to see macro nutrients of every meal in the menu
