We live nearby Davao and look form time to time for a good and affordable Place to keep a night or two in Downtown. Bad: Most Hotels in Davao are absolute overpriced. Philippine Quality (that's not high...) and US-Prices (that's not cheap). The Casa Julieta is a hidden Gem in Davao! Very clean, silent Aircon (Split Type), the location and construction is very silent. You have a small pool (good for refreshing but too small and also divided for swimming), a restaurant in front (not the top one, but good enough for a philippino breakfast and snack). Shower is a little bit tight if you have Expat sizes, but usable. The Location is top! 5 mInutes to the SM Ecoland, and located at the Tulip Drive, Home of the most new and excellent Restaurants in Davao. Also Swiss Deli, S&R, Hospital Alexian Brothers and more are very easy and fast to reach.
