The last time I ate a Masjid meal was in 2014 so I was a bit surprised that the service and the food are the same, nothing much has changed and a bit nostalgic - the same goodness on a plate! I even ordered additional rice cause the food’s just that good. The resto is very clean and looks nice. The food servers are very attentive and clean after every customer so the place is maintained. In their new location, the resto is a bit hidden by cars parked directly on the front so be guided that it is located on the ground floor near the stairs on the right side of The Compound sign. Enjoy your taste of middle...

Compared to other cities in the Philippines, Davao City has a very limited portfolio of "good" restaurants, so I kind of understand why people gravitate to The Compound. But the strings of establishments here are not worth it and many are still closed at the moment. I hope it improves in the future but I won't...

Madjid's Kebab can be found in a corner in The Compound. They offer delicious middle eastern cuisine. I tried their hummus, chicken biryani, and beef kebab. All of them were pretty savory. I just wish the biryani used long grain rice, but I guess some corners were cut to keep the prices low.
