The period i stayed was high time for Davao City. As the city-residence of the incoming President of the RPH, most national conventions, conferences and what have you are being held in the same city. Per the locals, the traffic has been more traffic than usual because of the said state of the city. And accommodations fit for a certain level of budget is quite hard to find.||||I was looking then for a place to stay for 4 days and 3 nights with a very limited budget. My convention was in SMX Convention Center Lanang and i want to stay in a place where i can just walk to the venue and have a short public transport ride to places within the vicinity to look for pasalubong.||||And Park Avenue Residence, Inn and Suites (P.A.R.I.S) Hotel was the best available hotel for me to stay in.||||Starting from the time i checked in until i left, the hotel was consistent with its services and facility: the staff are friendly and accommodating and the room is clean and kept tidy. Although the hotel provided me with what I needed at the time, it would be better for them to improve the acoustics of their rooms for the neighboring apartment has quite loud tenants and their sounds were heard at the hotel.||||If i will be having another engagement in Davao City within the same vicinity, PARIS Hotel will definitely be one of my choices to...
Read moreWe stayed for 6 nights at Paris. The Queen rooms are really nice, no complaints. We downgraded to the budget rooms with two single beds as we were not spending time in the hotel.||||Everything was clean. The staff were helpful with all of our destination questions and always friendly and professional.||||The hotel also seemed very well placed for us going between diving areas and the bars, easy to get a cab or jeepney in a few seconds.||||The only reason they didn't get five stars was because they seemed indifferent to stocking the communal bathroom with toilet paper. I had to keep stealing it from the cleaning ladies cart which was in the same floor so possibly was not a difficult task for her to accomplish. Budget rooms don't have their own bathroom, so I feel like it's sort of important to provide Toilet paper...
Read moreThis is my plain and honest review. It's a Budget Friendly Hotel, Clean and Front Desk Staff are always Smiling. Some rooms don't have hot water and they won't give you a new room if you complain. Rooms are noisy because of cars along the highway. Very Slow Wifi. It's hit and miss in this Hotel. Either they give you a good room or not.||||The main problem here is the Manager. I think she needs more training in Customer Service. She doesn't know how to handle customers and this is a Service type of Business. She is Tactless, High Pride, fights with customers and doesn't know how to handle situations. She always reasons it their rules, but her tactlessness and want to prove a point ruins this hotel. In all my Hotel experience Local and Abroad. This Hotel has the...
