Hotel Esse — Hotel in Davao City

Check-in was easy and everyone from the front desk, security and restaurant was so polite, warm and helpful. Very generous with local information and with above and beyond customer service.||||Room was clean, aircon was quiet, remote controls all responsive, linens and towels look new, wifi was decent. Everything has been convenient except for the water pressure which is sometimes not very strong and the heater temperature not being very stable. I also like that there's free breakfast which can be served in the room (try the corned beef!) and the other items in the menu are reasonably priced.||||Location is good and walking distance to some restaurants. Wonderful bed with fluffy pillows and nice smelling linens. The towels are so immaculately white and clean.The a/c works well, hot and cold shower functioning as it is, and the toilet bowl has a bidet ( duh, really need to indicate it since this is missing in other hotels). Front desk personnel, JV, is all smiling and accommodating. Their menu though limited are appropriately priced. We just loved our stay at Hotel Esse, thus instead of strolling around the metro, we preferred to stay in our room.
