We stayed here after our stay at Pearl Farm resort and we were extremely happy that this is the place we chose. |There are 2 Midori inn and we stayed in the one located at Gov. Duterte St. (Former Bagobo house hotel) the place feels new or newly renovated. It is beside Golden Brown restaurant and Barrio Bistro and few steps away from Gaisano supermarket, fast-food like Jollibee and several restaurants like Dencia' s. People's park and Apo view hotel are walking distance and Bankerohan is one ride away. |We stayed in their spacious triple room where The bed is firm (the way I like my bed to be)and pillows are clean and fluffy. There is a strong Wi-Fi, The aircon in our room didn't feel too cold as we checked in in the afternoon so we requested an electric fan just to make the room colder and they were okay with that. There was no lift but don't worry because the staff will help you with the luggages and it's only a short flight of stairs. At the lobby there is a hot and cold water dispenser and comfort room perfect after check out or before check-in.|One of the best things about the hotel are the staff . The woman I forgot her name, she brought us the fan and water in the room and also Oliver who volunteered to pack the fruits we bought. Stay in this hotel in downtown and you won't go wrong. We booked directly by calling their number. I attached a screenshot of their flier and a...
Read moreStayed here for 4 nights during the Kadayawan week. It is my first time to stay here, and I'm glad it did not disappoint. It is a smaller hotel compared to other budget hotels in the vicinity, but it makes up for its room accommodation. The bed was very nice (where else can you get a soft bed with plush pillows and comforter for less than Php1000?!) and the room itself is well kept. My room was located in the ground floor, so I did not have any problems getting in and out of my room. The only issue I had with my room is that I did not have any windows which for a claustrophobic like I am is a bit uncomfortable. The other downside as well of having a room in the ground floor is the noise from the lobby area.||||The room rate I got does not include breakfast, but my other colleagues who have stayed here before had the breakfast included in the rates. But food would not be a problem due to its prime location which is near to restaurants.||||Overall I enjoyed my stay here at Midori Inn. My stay was comfortable and the staffs are nice. I had one issue with one of the staff though that seems to have trouble confirming our reservations. I had to ask my Davao colleague to talk to her in their vernacular so we could ensure that every detail is understood. Other than that, my stay went well. I would definitely...
Read moreHere: near the highway, accessible and the room rates are quite enough for the rooms itself. BUT...||||No here: because the lady attendant in the front desk was mean and not accommodating. She didn't gave us fair treatment and being impolite, unlike the guy who took his shift at night, he's catered us well. We occupied 2 rooms there, and we are disgusted. The person who cleaned the other rooms was so noisy while cleaning. He didn't mind the occupants inside the rooms having good rest. They didn't provided us rugs so when you come out from the cr, the floor in your room will become wet and slippery. The guard is not...
