Nice Hotel in Davao Phillipines. Professional staff rooms Newly renovated very clean some of the rooms have balconies, If I'm not mistaken the Queen Deluxe has the balcony. I gave it a 5 star Not because the 5 star hotel but because the rooms are nice for the money And staff professional Premium cable TV Wi-Fi free breakfast Walking distance to convenience stores and there's a restaurant across the street it's open 24 hours which you don't find many places in the city Open late night. Professional And friendly. Recommend this place

Last April 1-3, this hotel was recommended to me by a friend since its very accessible to his place and many more.||||I checked in April 1 (Rm.302) by Ms. Risa, at first she is very accommodating. But one thing I noticed, she doesnt even explain to me anything about the services you offered, breakfast time and etc., she just gave me the key and go. ||||Problems I encountered during the entire stay.||1. I gave Ms. Risa Php3000 for 2 nigths stay at Php1,365/night. After I paid, she didnt bother to give me a receipt and told me she will give me the change upon check out.||2. Upon check out, I was expecting to receive Php270 but she gave me only Php110. I just thought that maybe theres a tax or anything thats why I didnt bother to ask her because I was also in Hurry.||||April 5-8 (Rm.209), I checked in to your hotel again since I love the room and the buffet breakfast. But again, Ms. Risa checked me in and gave the key only. ||||Problems I encountered.||1. I paid for the entire stay and again, she gave me nothing.||2. Requested to Make up my room on April 7 to Ms. Risa (again). After bfast, I told Ms. Risa to Make up my room and went outside. After 1hr I came back to the room and noticed that it wasnt made up. So I waited for almost 3hrs. At 2pm, I called front desk and Ms. Risa answered and I told her to follow up Housekeeping and she said okay. After an hour nobody came. So I decided to go outside and look for housekeepers and they said nobody informed them. So I called back again to the frontdesk and Risa told me, I never told her. Like what the Heck?! 🤷‍♂️ I called again and other frontdesk answered me and told her, “Give me housekeeper in 5mins or else find me another room.” And luckily Gigi and Ruby were very fast and accommodating. They stabilized my mood and apologized to me even its not their mistake.||I called frontdesk again and told her I need your supervisor right now but unfortunately the supervisor wasnt in the premise and found out he was outside talking to somebody. The day and night passed by, no supervisor came and did nothing! ||||May 3-6 (Rm.205) we checked in again with my partner this time celebrating our 1st anniversary. At first, we are very happy because my friends were assisted by the frontdesk and housekeeping to set up something special in the room and they did a great job. 👌💯 but unfortunately, theres something came out upon check out.||||1. Ian the frontdesk called us and said our extension stay for 6hrs was almost over. I told him I talked to Ms. Maya already that will check out at 7pm. Just only 20mins extra time. It feels like they can hardly give you late check out time even they are not fullybooked.||2. Ian told me that I have to settle some charges consumed or used by my friends during the special request set up. So I was asking him what are those Items consumed or used by them? Ian just told me the total amount. Please, if theres any charges incurred during the guests stay, give them their folios or Statement of accounts. Dont just mention to them the total amount, show them as well what are those items consumed/used. And when it showed to me, it stated there that I was charged for the extra towels that they set up in the room. So I asked him, where is the acknowledged voucher or any document signed by my friend that they have requested those? He cant even provide it. I asked also the restaurant charges receipt of purchase, he cant even provide it. So how come they posted those charges without any attachements signed by the guests or on our behalf? I asked these questions because I have knowledge about it and I worked in hotels/resorts too as supervisor. In line with every charges, there should be receipt or acknowledgement receipts attached to every folios of your guests.||3. Then the frontdesk supervisor showed up because Ian cant answer my questions. But unfortunately, even the supervisor cant even answer my questions straight like what the heck?! Im not degrading him but it seems like he doesnt know what he is doing. Simple questions but he cant give me a solid answer as to where is the receipt acknowledged by my friends that they purchased those items.? He showed me nothing because the company maybe doesnt have standard procedure on how to post charges for room charges with receipts on their folios. 🤷‍♂️||4. In line with issuing receipts, I was quite alarmed when the supervisor told me that “sometimes they are not making receipt because guest/s is/are not asking for it.”Like what? Whether they ask for it or not, when you received cash or any payments, you should issue receipt or acknowledgement receipt right away upon payment and this must be given to every guests when payment is made. Please do it as part of your standard procedure.||5. Lastly, my partner was pissed off because the supervisor seems he cant do anything about it. He didnt even bother to apologize or anything he was just so silent because he cant even answer us straight. Anyways, I paid everything I owe from the hotel and even asked the receipt for the very first time. ||||PS: please acknowledge the hardwork of Ms. Gigi, Ms. Ruby, and Adora from HOusekeeping. They are all amazing and very dedicated to their job. Also, Ms. Maya and Ian from frontdesk. I can see the potential in them to be a good frontdesk officer but I think, the FO department head did not give them the best training that they can get and the correct standard procedure of handling complaints, handling guests charges and many more. The hotel is nice and great, but the services coming from the nerve center of the hotel sucks. Please train them with the standard operating procedure of the hotel so you can at least maintain the standards imposed by the hotel and minimize these bad things from happening...

I'm not sure if this hotel is happy having customers. I checked in at around 530 pm and the receptionist said four words to me: "Here's your room key". Honestly, I was shocked. I travel often and in my many times of checking in a hotel, this was probably the shortest. I also noticed that the guard is not manning the door, he's just sitting down holding his mobile phone. A hotel staff that looks like ended his shift is drinking beer by the lobby. I'm like, "What the hell is happening here!".||||As the lift door opens, I was greeted by an eerie hotel hallway which reminded me of the shining. It was very eerie. The rooms where standard, no frills. Bed linen feels and smells old as if no one had stayed for days. The towels smell old as well. The shower took forever to heat up and took forever to cool down as well. The aircon kept on turning into "low cool" making the room hot. I don't think people stay here. They provide room wifi but you can't connect to it. Noise reduction from outside is terrible. You can hear dogs barking.||||That's what you expect for 1.8K peso a night I guess. ||||||Booked via Agoda. Traveled...

The place is fascinating and beautiful, but I noticed something undesirable in this place: the workers are not treated fairly. My family and I witnessed the guards being ordered to do things that are not The manager and the cook are not the owners of the hotel to act superior or look down on other employees. How can I speak with the owner of this hotel to complain about the behavior of some of their employees? Thank you. of their job! Is this right? The guards are only there to ensure the safety of their area of responsibility at work, and not to be ordered around for errands or home service. And the tasks of other workers are being passed on to the guards. You can't even give proper respect to the guards who are loyal to their job and duty as guards, The manager and the cook are not the owners of the hotel to act superior or look down on other employees.
