E and C Tourist Inn — Hotel in Dumaguete

Best budget-friendly place in Dumaguete! I'm glad I found this place after searching lots of cheaper accom around the city. This place has everything you need if you plan to stay longer.

PROS For ₱1,700/night, it already comes with ref, cooking utensils, induction cooker, water heater, bidet, airconditioner, widescreen TV and plates. I also like the huge body mirror where you can check your fits. The room is spotless clean and huge enough if you're staying with family. Huge parking space and the whole area is full of greeneries. Few walks away from the highway but still peaceful and quiet. Very near the mall (Citymall Dumaguete is a few meters away) and accessible to any food places.

CONS Experienced power outage on our 2nd day from 6am to 6pm. Good thing, we're having a day tour so we don't need to stay at our room. You better check for power schedule if you plan to stay here. Other than that, we haven't experienced any problems during our stay.

Will surely be back here when I travel...

The beds & airconditioning are divine. After a long day, it's definitely comfortable to rest in. The family room suited our needs with enough space for a big family with kids. The room we stayed in was fairly new with a functioning kitchenette.

Location was superb. Near the shopping centre and easily accessible food spots.

Lots of parking space..was even able to park right outside our room's back door.

The room is very nice. Area is quiet too. The owner is very kind. He himself responded to my request and questions. Very nice and accomodating. The room is so nice and big. We have two table to work and play. We have a hot and cold shower, a toilet with bidet, an aircon to make the room so cold. They also have WiFi that is very fast and reliable.
