Jollibee CityMall — Restaurant in Dumaguete

I queued and wait for my order for over 30 minutes. I only ordered a peach mango pie. I had my companion wait for the pie to be ready to be served in10 minutes(as told). I went to the grocery to buy canned drinks,after I payed and came back to the food court--- She was still waiting for the peach mango pie! I was furious and politely had conversation engagement with the manager. He was nice and very attentive. I praise his composture. But the rest of the crew are unorganized and seems to be heedless. They seemed running busy but in reality the orders are served are very slow for customers ahead of us. I would understand if the service is crawling during meal hours. But that was between 3pm-4pm. The seats at the food court was vastly vacant.

It's not fast food here if foods are served...

The food was disgusting, hotdog slop, the sundae was a fraud, just white water ice no ice cream flavour. Bland ice the ice cream was very low in the cup not like the pictures and it was hollow in the centre. I think staff are trained to put it in the cup like that to save ice cream More profit for Jolly Bee. Terrible food. I always get desperate for a snack here in the Philippines. Usually now I avoid Jollybee but once more Iet my guard down. Not again. You convinced me this time to stay away. What a wasting of money. How do you continue to fool Philippines with that...

The place is always crowded that service is mostly compromised. One time I asked a male manager about my order, the answer was robotic / so "default" that I lacked the interest to ask further. Lols! Customer relations, product knowledge, etc.?🤔 Anyways, I still believe in this food chain, maybe not in this branch. They need to be consistent...
