We had dinner at Calabeera earlier tonight, and I have to say—it was such a satisfying experience from start to finish. We ordered the seared tuna and chicken cordon bleu, and both dishes exceeded our expectations in terms of flavor, presentation, and value for money.

One thing I appreciated was how quick the service was. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, and the staff was polite and attentive.

Let’s talk about the food—starting with the seared tuna. Damn, it was so good! Perfectly seared on the outside while still tender and juicy on the inside. It was seasoned just right and paired well with the sides. You can really tell it was fresh and cooked with care. This dish alone is enough reason for me to come back!

The chicken cordon bleu was also a winner. It was crispy on the outside, cheesy and flavorful inside, and served hot and fresh. You could tell it was made from quality ingredients, not rushed or pre-made. It had that homey yet elevated taste that’s hard to find.
