Read moreTHIS PLACE IS VERY VERY DANGEROUS! LIFEGUARDS ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED. WE LEFT WITH BRUISES & A CONCUSSION! SLIDES ARE NOT SAFE!
This place looks great from afar until you try their parks.. it's absolutely DANGEROUS!!! We had our large family have the reunion here from adults to children and we were all excited about the water parks and many slides... until we all got hurt!
The speed slide is NOT properly constructed. There should never be a time where your entire body elevates in the air/edge and slam you down those slides. The children hurt their chins and adults too, we had bruises and cuts! This is the very first time we've had this horrifying experience and we have been to many speed slides in the US.
The tube slides... the "life guards" are not properly trained at all. They should be carefully monitoring the slides and who's going down, ensuring that there is only 1 person at a time who go down the slides and ensure who ever is finished the slide is already out of the way (the fall) to make sure nobody fall on each other and get hurt... instead.... the lifeguards allowed multiple adult and children and even allowed 2-3 individuals slide down together, resulting in excess weight capacities and imbalances, children had cuts, rashes and burns from sliding down super fast and hitting the side walls because they were with someone much heavier than them. Children and adults got trampled after the fall because the lifeguards never cared to check if the bottom was clear.
There's also 2 small children's slide, they're too close to each other and the kids that went on the opposite sides hit each other when they slid down.
This place has great potential but its not worth it to spend all of the money here, just to leave with bruises, cuts and...
Read moreLocation is within the City but on the far side; transpo is a MUST as going home from Port Royale without any transpo is a serious hassle since not many tricycles ply to the location and its at least 20 minutes walk back to the national highway. Service is good. Crew are well attending and courteous in general. Lifeguards are posted strategically during the day. There's a good number of public shower/dressing rooms strategically located. They have kiddie pool, jacuzzi, waterslides, rental kids vests, function hall, etc. Important note on the food/drinks prices as this resort is a bit on the pricier side and have lechon and drinks corkage, but none on foods. Rooms are pricey in general, and Premier Room is of good size, well appointed and furnished, have free breakfast. The Premier rooms are comfortably facing near the main pool too, but they have no grilling area nearby; the resort's grilling area is a good 80 meter walk to the other side of the resort. At P4500+ per night, the Premier Room's Wifi is EXTREMELY, PAINFULLY, SHAMEFULLY SLOW and downright near USELESS!... even for fb,...
