Greenwich — Restaurant in Dumaguete

Loved the pizzas but your call centre is a complete waste of my time. 1st call after 10 minutes trying to explain where we are located and still didn't manage to get an order placed. Texted according to your instructions and waited close to 15 minutes for a call back! When we finally got the call back we spent another 10 minutes again trying to explain where we are located before we were put on hold then disconnected once again without having anyone take our order. Finally called our local Greenwich and managed to place an order after considerable delay! Was then informed that the coupon for P55 off was not applicable because we were not going through the call centre! Then it was only a matter of waiting an hour and a half for delivery! As much as I do enjoy your pizza and I've had it several times now it's obvious that you do not value my business so regretfully I will resume my search for a suitable pizza place to do...

Ordered 1 Classic meal 2 and a Lasagna meal and the one serving the food did not even gave us our drinks. So we continued to eat because we forgot we even had drinks, the staff was not very accommodating and no one even offered water. So i tried to get water myself and there was no cups to be found but i got one by directly asking the kitchen window. Also when i got the cups there were some residue of some sort at the bottom of the cup. Doubtful i tried to was it out with the service water and it did was off but its disgusting that they do not clean the utensils etc that they use. Another thing is that the chicken meal that i ate seemed like it was not freshly fried and was missing the skin which was soo odd. Anyway my experience here was terrible. Greenwich doesn't serve the best pizza in Dumaguete - that would be Yellow Cab on Rizal Boulevard. On the other hand, it isn't the worst pizza either. I suppose I would just classify it as average. The service isn't what I'd call fast. If your already at Robinson's mall and just HAD to have pizza, then I guess Greenwich would do, but otherwise, I'd wait and go...
