Mahayahay Lodge and Restaurant — Hotel in Lapu-Lapu

Don’t go here. Just don’t. This place is literally in the middle of nowhere, you’ve to walk on mud to get there, and they put their Agoda map location right in front of the airport which is obviously far away from reality!!! When I complained about it they didn’t answer. Their phone number is also not responding. They say it’s a restaurant also but they have no food, and I had to walk 2 hours before finding an open restaurant at 10pm. The room I booked at second floor was extra small and so SMELLY , as all the other rooms on that floor. I complained and got an even smaller room at first floor but at least not smelly. The AC is so loud that it feels like sleeping in the engine compartment of a ship. I couldn’t...

i booked this hotel through @tiket.com but unfortunately the hotel was no longer operating for about 3 years already. i talk the owner they already inform all the said website to removed. i send an email to tiket.com and i ask for a refund but sad to say til now no reply from my email. this is so inconvenient for me since i'm with my 2yr old daughter to have a nice vacation but unfortunately we look for another hotel just a have a good rest with my baby.i hope the tiket.com will notice this matter. Staff are accommodating with clean rooms. Arranged transport to the airport is superb. Vans beware of dropping guests since parking is still under construction while Google maps is still trying to know about it. Moreover, Agoda locator points it in front of the airport beside the Waterfront and suddenly takes you behind it (20mins taxi ride) upon booking. Or was it my eyes?😎
