Where do I Begin?
Let's just start when I enter the restaurant and the Filipino waitresses were running this way and that like there was a fire alarm.
I got seated and started looking over the menu and I saw that I needed to be Donald Trump in order to eat lobster there.
The waitresses were very nice and instructed me to just push the button if I want to service
I noticed, however when I push the button it was like a track meet and the poor lady sprinted off from where she was standing at attention and rushed to the table to see what I wanted.
As I sat there longer and observe what was going on I saw the poor Filipinos being directed by cruel Korean boss!
He directed them to rush here and rush there, and I saw that they were trained to respond to the buzzer that they had to sprint not walk, but they had to run as fast as they could to the table to see what you wanted.
It was very stressful for me watching these poor ladies be abused, in such a way.
Part two the food
When we were riding in a grab car, our driver advised us to avoid jumbo and go to the red crab so we took his advice and went to the red crab and it was very good so we went there again.
As days passed, I decided I wanted to try the jumbo because the menu looked very good.
To my dismay, when I ordered the shrimp stirfry, that looks so good in the picture what they delivered to the table was frozen shrimp out of the freezer, and a very bland sauce in a tiny little plate.
Fortunately, my sweetheart ordered the chili shrimp and they were pretty good.
I ordered the tempura shrimp for an appetizer. They came out as fried shrimp with a heavy batter instead of tempura style

SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE
We ordered to go this afternoon for our dinner. To make this short:
-Shrimps used in the Shrimp Kangkong IS NOT FRESH itโs FROZEN (I even asked this a couple of times to the waiter) -The octopus (SPICY OCTOPUS) overcooked and super hard to eat. -Barbecues are so small in size! -Yangchow Rice is just so so โฆ.
Prices are outrageous - for the price it is NOT worth it.
I even tried calling them and CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD! โGanyan po namin niluto ehโ โAng fresh po buhay pa, iba po yung frozenโ (Pinangaralan pa ako) and they did not even get back to me, hours has passed na.
Sayang money. Ugh

We didn't know the minutes you left our restaurant seems you keep on complaining the crunchy part of our GARLIC FRIED prawns when we put into closed container the temperature in one area, if it's moist definitely the entire part is watery already.
Reply: Please read carefully, yes I did ask your staff about this, but this issue has been explained and resolved. I did not mention this in my review - clearly you are not paying attention - yet again.
About our Shrimp Kangkong we serve (frozen shrimps) not live shrimps.

This place is more expensive than most of the restaurants in Dubai, yet has quality less than the average restaurant in Dubai. Lobsters here are joke yet they try to charge you for a premium lobster.
