It was our first and probably our LAST! We dine in April 3, 2019, and the first impression was already poor. We smiled and greeted at one of the staffs but just frowned and looked at us emotionless. Were a party of 7, some of my friends were foreigners. Staffs were unfriendly, doesn’t show willingness to help or assist. But it was just first impressions... After they took our orders, we were talking about the nice wall clock and a staff suddenly came, mistakenly thought we called them. He was asking what we want in a seemingly rude tone but we told him were good and we apologise, instead he swore saying “giatay” that left us surprised about such manner.. So we didn’t took it seriously until when they served the food. The staffs were carelessly putting the food in the table, no smiles, no words, POKER FACES! We thanked them for serving the food but still no response.
Note to the staffs: If you’re tired of your long hours work, please atleast show decency, professionalism and respect to your customers. If other customers treated you badly, don’t include other customers of your disappointment and treat them ill. Not all customers are bad.. there were those who were having quality time with their family or friends and they chose your establishments because they thought you were the best choice. Read moreThe Manager is the worst I have met. The attitude he has shown lacks proffessionalism and respect for their customers. Their staffs are great but the manager itself, makes me dont wanna go back this specific branch of AA’s.
We have booked their function hall for an event. A day before, we contacted them of what time we could start decorating the said room and they response ‘1pm ma’am’. On that day, as we arrived, we are dumbfounded to hear the manager with its mocking tone of voice saying ‘SAYOHA PUD ANI NILA OY!’, is that how you greet your customers? You could have say it in private way if you think we are too early when your end says its fine to start decorating at 1pm. The heated arguement started upon hearing those and all I can say is that your manager lacks training in dealing with customers. He doesn’t even sound apologetic at all and even his apology sound so sarcastic. Even after the arguement, I can hear the manager murmurning and even pointing blame to its staffs. Really, is that how manager should act?

Upon our early arrival to decorate their function room, the manager greeted us with anger and dissatisfaction, apparently unaware of our prior arrangement. His lack of proper customer service was evident when he loudly exclaimed, 'KASAYO BA ANA NILA OI,' in a high tone that was both disrespectful and unwelcoming.
