So there is this big mirror in the stair which kinda good it gives an wide impression to the hotel by the way Legazpi tourist inn is newly renovated :) ||My room was near the lobby which kinda good so I could just go out wheneve I have inquireis which later on is a down side because its tiring going back in fort to the repceptionist which is my fault because I haven't asked for their direct lines.||The room itself whe I entered it is smell so good look at the pictures just don't mind my bags so its a new room I assume because I can see through the paint and tiles I like the room so much because I slept so well but there's no hot water so make sure asked for assistant if you're going to take abath and the breakfast is until 10am the repceptionist didn't tell me good thing I ate breakfast early.||Since its a free breakfast they won't let you to eat in your room there's an additional charge so I said just charge on top of bills but the receptionist talked to me nicely if its okay I eat in their cafe and since she asked my nicely I said yes even without brushing my teeth and washing my face I went to the Cafe (one reason why I want to eat breakfast in my room because Im lazy to do my morning rituals)||But all in all its a good hotel with a good internet...
Read moreI am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at this Inn. I had made a reservation well in advance for a backpacker room, only to have it canceled on the same day of my arrival.
To make matters worse, the reason provided for the cancellation was that the room was "out of order." It's incredibly frustrating to have my plans disrupted at the last moment due to circumstances that should have been anticipated and communicated ahead of time. This lack of foresight on the part of the hotel's management is both unprofessional and inconveniencing to customers like me who rely on the reliability of their reservations.
I had been looking forward to my stay and had made plans based on this reservation. To have it canceled without any prior notice or suitable alternative arrangement is simply unacceptable. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their reservation management and customer communication in the future.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of transparency and respect for my time and plans. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this Inn fell far short of these expectations. I hope no other guest has to face a situation like this...
Read moreIt’s like getting more than what we paid for. Alinchlo Tourist Inn is the place to be for us. Just when we thought we wouldn’t find a nice place to stay for the Holy week in Bicol. It’s not your typical popular hotels or inn because it located inside a residential street but it’s accessible if you’ll be visiting places around Legazpi and Daraga. The room was clean and of course air-conditioned. The room had one queen size bed that fit me, my husband and 3 y/old son. Also has cabinet, 1 chair, small table and TV with cable 😊. They also offer Wi-fi, bath towels, shampoo and soap plus their bathroom has a heater 😁. Parking will be outside of your unit as seen in the picture and if you’ll be staying for more than 1 day, they also offer room service to change beddings, towels and clean the room. Very friendly staff! ❤️ Menu though is limited, they have drinks (water, juice, coffee, etc.) which are readily available and they would even serve it to you in ur room but food menu is limited and needs to be ordered at an early notice but the place has nearby restaurants/eatery so food won’t be a problem. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay which is nice, Please try Alinchlo...
