This is one of the most easily accessible Ramen shops I've ever eaten in. I had their "classic" selection and it had one of the tastiest and thick broth (At least, locally), and one of the softest pork topping I've had. The server was nice and accommodating, and you could see how much both the owner and the server were passionate about what they're making. The price however is a bit steep but it's normal for Ramen. In fact, I'd consider this a steal because compared to the other ramen I've tasted in Bicol, this was one of the best. Read moreA good metric of ramen bars is their tonkotsu [pork bone] broth. Theirs isn't up to what I'd expect (milky white but clean, rich, and finely diffuses the oil & dashi mixed in).
The white broth was congealing to almost a curd texture, either it wasn't strained during pouring or it has a creamer-type additive that curdled from overboiling. It kind of ruined the good taste of the broth.
Noodles are the best locally. It's like the thin, straight noodles used by brands like Ippudo, Nagi, or Kuroda. Definitely outclasses all other ramen bars in the local area.

Read moreAlthough I find their Chicken Ramen very salty, still I would give Ramenco's Chicken Ramen a five-star. I just also want the soup temperature to be hotter, to the point that it burns my tongue slightly. Ramen is more delicious when served hot.
I like the way the Chicken Katsu sliced evenly. The cutest ingredient that you will find is the Narutomaki.
