Manager Camille should not be manning the front/cashier area.. she seems to be having a bad day and gave us curt & cold answers to our inquiries. Being first time diners & tourists in Albay, we were quite curious abut Biggs as we saw a lot of it in the province so we decided to try it today but reception is not as warm & as friendly as we expected. Rating Camille below standard but kudos to friendly Ana one of the crew who attended to us.

It was fine. I may have set my expectations way high for these localy food chains in the city. The backribs were hard, and it didn't slide off the bone. The ice drink is fine. I forgot the gata dish it had but since I had forgoten about it then it wasn't that noteworthy. therefore I find the experience, servicable.

My first dining experience in Ayala Legazpi branch. Cajun chicken is quite good. I don't want to say it is stale but I would prefer Jollibee Chickenjoy than of Bigg's. Side dish Macaroni dish tastes yummy, too. I love the interiors of this branch.

It was fine. I may have set my expectations way high for these localy food chains in the city. The backribs were hard, and it didn't slide off the bone. The ice drink is fine. I forgot the gata dish it had but since I had forgoten about it then it wasn't that noteworthy. therefore I find the experience, servicable.

My first dining experience in Ayala Legazpi branch. Cajun chicken is quite good. I don't want to say it is stale but I would prefer Jollibee Chickenjoy than of Bigg's. Side dish Macaroni dish tastes yummy, too. I love the interiors of this branch.

budget-friendly? definitely not. Php139 for a burger served with water. The burger came on a chopping board, fork and a knife? Burger is NOT a gourmet food. Burger is designed to be eaten with the carnevour's bare hands. either the owner or the chef is taking the dinner for a fool. A star for their decorations. A star for their elderly-compatible menu. NO STAR for price & value. NO STAR for seating arrangement as it could only accomodate a maximum party of four. NO STAR for more like a Manila fast food garbage than the Bigg's it was...
