Loved my stay here! Owner is very nice and helpful. You can buy snacks and cup noodles and hot chocolate and toiletries and other stuff right there for prices the same as if you go to 7-11 (which is less than a 10 minute walk away). They let me stay in the room until 2pm cuz I had a late flight.

Rooftop has a great view of the volcano and I was able to wash my clothes in the bucket up there and hang them to dry. It started raining and they moved all the clothes indoors, where it dried 99% overnight and was fully dry in the sun for another hour in the morning again.

Kinda difficult to get a tricycle from the bus station (next to SM mall), 1st guy asked for 100 pesos so I walked away. Next guy didn't speak much English and read the name of the place wrong and said 50 pesos, and then when another guy read it right, he said 70 pesos but I had agreed to 50 pesos so he stuck to that for the 6 minute drive. Leaving for the bus station the next day, the tricycle a few mins walking to the main street took me for 40 pesos. No grab or move it. To get to the airport, I waited outside the SM mall in the big bus waiting area. One guy told me bus M25 I think, not sure the schedule though. I ended up sharing a taxi with 3 locals who were also there waiting. The taxi price was 500 total, so 125 pesos split between us 4. At the hostel he can also order you a direct taxi...

Last November 18, I stayed overnight with my boyfriend since I was looking for a nearby accommodation to the airport. The host is very accommodating and nice. He even dropped us off to Albay Pili nuts for souvenir shopping. Honesty store is a plus too!! It was indeed a great experience for us. The tents are cute, the vibe is cozy and is definitely a place where you go out of your comfort zone!! You can also view the majestic beauty outside you room. We stayed in the dove room on the rooftop btw! Without AC but place is very comfy!! Will...

The view of the Mayon volcano from the balcony is beautiful and the rooms are nice. Plus, Ferdinand is so kind and helpful, even driving me to the immigration office when I needed to...
