Definately disappointed. No steak available. No motzerella sticks available. No crispy pork available.... Basically half of our order wasnt available. Maybe we will find another resto for our future bdays.

I have had a nice reply from the manager of LeSans, but just to make sure he has all rhe facts... We ordered starters, a salad, mains and a solo bday cake. They arrived in a completely random order... One main and one salad arrived first, 5 mins later the othe two mains arrived, so we started to eat our mains, halfway through this our starters arrived, followed immediately with the cake... Then our drinks, one was missing and had to be reordered.

When we came to pay the bill, initially it had the items we had ordered but were unavailable, we returned the bill and 5 mins later were presented with another completely different bill, 100% incorrect bill, finally after returning that bill and waiting another 15 minutes, we got the correct bill.

There seem to be systematic problems in front of house, supply management, kitchen (particularly sequencing at the pass) and billing. I look forward to hearing how you addressed all of...

I don't understand the service standard in this place. While the food is excellent with great prices, I cannot understand the service standard. We were sat by a hostess the it took nearly 10 before anybody came to get our drink order. Then 10 more minutes before drinks arrived and we ordered food.

What i truly do not understand is why the food comes out one dish at a time. It was my girlfriend's birthday and she was the last to receive her food, nearly 20 minutes after being ordered. This is ridiculous. All items should be brought out at the same time and prepared accordingly so they are brought out at the same time.

Also, we had to ask for refills on our drinks as the staff, who was standing around could not bother to check on us.

Remember, the purpose of the restaurant staff is to take care of guests. It is the reason the staff have jobs. It is not the responsibility of the guests to ask for anything.
