Hotel ni Mang Jose — Hotel in Lipa

It's been so long since I was here. I've noticed that they renovated the front desk, and the staff told me that they fixed the rooms as well. I forgot to make a reservation but luckily there was a room available for us. We were placed at Room 2, then Room 3 the next night. I was happy that they renovated those rooms as well. And the price of the room is still the same. Usually in hotels I stay in, when they renovate, the price goes up, but here, it's still the same. We had a wonderful massage in our room.||||They also have a new manager. She was really nice, and easy to talk to. ||||Breakfast is okay. I mean, for the price of the hotel, I cannot complain about breakfast.||||This is my official go-to hotel if I'm in Lipa. I feel home here. Next time I'm back, I'm trying...

The hotel is a bit difficult to locate due to lack of signage and information.||Its main door too is not that labeled with a welcome or even hotel name so you have to ask the people outside which is one.||||Checked-in just to take a rest and good thing they accommodated me even it is rush because the hotel is fully booked and a guest just checked out.||||No complimentary items such as soap, shampoo and informed bottled water.||||The hotel has 12-hour option and near SM City Lipa.||||Has hot/cold shower, bidet, free wi-fii, cable TV and air condition.||||No outdoor view, slippers and comforter.||||They only provide free breakfast to guests with overnight/24 hour...

The hotel is not the usual luxurious hotel one can bask for but it is a practical travelling haven. The hotel is along the highway and very easy to locate. The location itself is near to major establishments. ||||Amenity wise, the hotel is okay. Wifi is strong even in rooms and its for FREE. Aircon blasts a very cold air, much colder than higher star hotels in Metro Manila. CR is basic, doesnt have bidet (but I guess a clean CR is more of a take than having a bidet). ||||The staffs are friendly and accommodating.
