The front staff will greet you with a smile and assist you to the table suited to your companions. You can order at your table and wait until served. The dining areas are cozy and well air-conditioned. You can relax a little bit while waiting and browse the internet with their free wifi usage. They will serve you first with table water or your ordered drinks to ease your thirst. The food served to us is hot and well cooked. Depending on your order and availability, you'll have to wait a little longer. But they will serve you with promptness and attentiveness. The comfort room complies with cleanliness and order. The comfort rooms are scented and have dry floors. Which is very good. The service of crew and staff are commendable. They make sure that your stay at the restaurant is enjoyable and comfortable. We like to commend all of the crew and staffs especially Czarina for taking care of all our inquiry and orders.

Customer service was bad. The waitress slammed plates at our table. When we asked for water and extra rice one of the rolled their eyes at my grandmother and replied in a rude manner. The security guard was the only nice staff member present.
