just a while ago we've expienced the worst costumer service ever! for how many years we've been an avid costumers of jollibee, but this branch has a poor management, they didn't know how to render good service to their customers specially with pwd/senior citizens, fastlane is useless!!!! and yes it is really not a joke to wait almost an hour for just one bucket of chicken for a pwd!!! in an ordinary day! how come?! my goodnes!, for the fact that fast food chain is the most visited place, we're people must enjoy eating and taking their orders conviniently but this store really not a good place. we'll not recommend it. management should have to improve their customers service first and apply a good...

Ordered here for our lunch, been on the long line for almost 30mins (PRIORITY LANE) request for a wing part cashier agreed and ask if i am willing to wait for 20mins. Accept it and wait on the table. After waiting for 20mins, crew gave me my order. It was leg part. So dissappointed. They dont care about the customer request. Such a waste of another 20mins for the leg part that they used to offer before i request for a wing part. Nexttime dont agree what customee request if you are not capable to grant it. Make sure that your counter trainee have back up assembler so that she is not in a hurry she doesnt know what to do....

This is the first time we dined at Jollibee here because, most of the time, all the seats are occupied. The place is too small to accommodate the volume of customers.
