A complete failure and here it's why. The place could be pleasant: on the second floor of Robinson Place Antipolo, with al fresco seating along a not so much crowded area. The service is relatively good, waiters are kind and helpful. Unfortunately everything else is an absolutely disappointment. We went with the family and ordered quite some dishes. The bulalo was a complete failure: very salty, very small portion, a single almost invisible piece of meat, very little veggies. Ox tail kare-kare: another invisible portion, oveloaded with bagoong and the few pieces of ox tail were floating in an unidientified sauce. Basically another failure. The baby back ribs were very sweet, relatively tender but extremely dry. The portion was ridiculously small and the side veggies were steamed out of the freezer, no oil no nothing. The alleged mashed potatoes were a kind of sweet and sour crushed potatoes (?????) of the size of a small ice cream scoop. Needless to say they were very disappointing. The laing were cooked but not cut. Basically you got the full length of the branch with few leaves attached. Super disappointing. The pork adobong was over salted (again) and again the portion was suitable for a single person. Pancit canton is supposed to be an easy one: well Marison's managed to spoil also this, absolutely a disaster, with the pancit broken in very small pieces and very little and tasteless topping. We ordered crispy pata, but it was not available, as well as the pork barbecue: super disappointing. The gissing gissing was the only dish acceptable from the taste point of view. Pity that also this was sized for a single portion. In one line: food was not yummy at all, portions were ridiculous (basically good for one person) and prices.... here we are: bulalo 515 PHP, kare kare 480 PHP, pancit 220 PHP and so on. Owner/management shall change there business model. For us anyway is a...

Allow me to share with you my review of Marison's Robinsons Antipolo based on the below, as of February 2021
NOTE: This is my first visit since pandemic 2020. Back in 2019 and preCovid 2020 we had the chance to dine here and enjoy delicious meals.
🍲 Food 👍👍👍👍 4 of 5 Limited options, almost half the printed menu wasn't available. We were told upfront so no biggie.
To be fair, top quality food was served. Meat was tender, flavors were great, we had to ask for more! 🍚
TRY: We had bagnet adobo, molo soup, pasta Ilocos and rice. Check the images 🖼️
The orders were served quickly, food hot, drinks ice cold. Sanitized utensils.
Ambience 👍👍👍👍👍 5 of 5 The seats are comfy. The place is brightly lit. Very family friendly if you ask me. We came Monday dinner time (past 7pm) and we practically had the entire place to ourselves. See photos.
Accessibility 👍👍👍 3 of 5 Mall parking, escalators, wheelchair ramp ♿ at the ground floor what's to complain about. Giving them a 3 for a dining place not to have even a sink for hand washing 😓. Go to the mall toilet 🚻.
Cost 👍👍👍👍 4 of 5 Good quality food, but the portions were small. If you're dining to experience and try this might be a good choice. If you're dining hungry, you might want to consider options. A little bit on the pricey side in comparison to other restaurants in the mall.
Don't get me wrong, quality wise you get excellent food for your money.
Service 👍👍👍👍👍 5 of 5 The staff were polite, attentive, and observed protocol.
Please tip, they don't have service charge. Trust me, they deserve it. 😉

Read moreThis place has a cozy vibe, although the place doesn’t seem very spacious at first glance, it’s surprisingly able to accommodate several big crowds like families of 6 or more people at once. If you’re having a hard time locating it, it’s just above Starbucks, easily visible to the right of the building’s canopy sign.
Dining here was an experience similar to the exploration of new flavors yet remaining grounded to the familiar flavors we’ve come to know about our local cuisines.
I’ve got to give the Kare-kare with Crispy Tripes a top score among the dishes we have tried. The crispy tripes accentuated the familiar taste we know about kare-kare, it added a new texture to the dish and even elevated the generous amount of flavorful beef meat and veggies draped in the richness of the cashew kare-kare sauce.
Beef Rendang Maranao was another dish to highlight, it was a first for me to taste this amazing dish of beef slices that were rendered tender in coconut milk and coated in a myriad of spices and toasted flavors, paired with the unique Maranao salsa, palapa; it is a must try for the fans of coconut-based filipino dishes enriched with our local spices.
We also tried their Sinaing na Tuna, good for those opting for a healthier meat option, although it's a bit on the salty side.
The biggest surprise and my new favorite from this food trip was the deep-fried kesong puti! The cheesy goodness was...
