We had the most wonderful 3-day getaway, and I can’t recommend this place enough! Sir Edgar and his lovely partner were incredibly accommodating—truly top-notch hosts.

The house itself is beautiful, cozy, and spacious. It’s squeaky clean and so refreshing. The centralized AC kept the entire place cool, making it perfect for a summer vacation. The beds were soft, the pillows fluffy—we all had a good night sleep!

The area is a private residence with a quiet and peaceful neighborhood where you can really relax and chill. The house sits at the back of their property, surrounded by a pretty green garden on the side and a spacious backyard with a round, covered griller (perfect for steaks and barbecues).

While the WiFi isn’t very strong inside the house, it’s fast outside in the gaming room, so that worked out fine. The location is excellent—just a 2–3 minute walk to a private and swimmable beach that’s not crowded at all. Sir Edgar even provided us with a foldable tent, tables, and chairs to set up a perfect picnic by the shore.

The attention to detail here is outstanding—towels, amenities, and everything you need is provided. The whole experience felt like a real vacation, and the calm atmosphere makes it easy to relax and recharge.

Comfy stay just steps from the shore!!

We booked Esplinorte through Airbnb and stayed with hosts Edgar and Miriam. They were very accommodating and always made sure we had everything we needed.

The room was clean and comfortable, with great airconditioning and a reliable hot shower.

The unit was well equipped with everything for a convenient stay. There’s parking available, and the beach is just a short walk away, may around more or less 150 meters.

Very cozy and homey, has everything you would need to enjoy your stay in La Union. The host is an amazing human being as well. The place is located in an area that is perfect for those who prefer a chill and relaxing vibe, far enough from all the noise but close enough to the major spots tourists usually go to.
