The coffee is consistently weak and flat, lacking the depth or freshness you would expect from any establishment that calls itself specialty. Pastries are dry, bland, and often taste days old, as if quality control is simply not a priority.

The entire place feels built on image rather than substance. Despite the fancy menu and lofty descriptions, every item served suggests corner-cutting and careless preparation. There’s no attention to detail, no sign of pride in the food or drink, and certainly no reason for the inflated price tags.

Service only deepens the frustration. Staff seem detached and unmotivated, with little effort to create a welcoming atmosphere. What should be a simple pleasure, a good cup of coffee and a fresh pastry, turns into an overpriced letdown from start to finish.

I am impressed with their attentive staff, with the place, the food and most especially with the owners. I commend the couple who embraced life in the province and for being hands-on with everything. They are so friendly and down-to-earth irregardless of their status in life and being in show business. Everything was superb and the place has a good location. Their service is amazing. They treat us with respect and they cater all our needs promptly. They have a distinctive, well-thought-out menu in their resto. My first experience of floating breakfast. They have many familiar dishes with unforgettable twists in the recipe. Our groups favorites were the Strawberry Balsamic Grilled Cheese and the Crème Brûlée Latte (with Torched Sugar on the top!). We also highly recommend the Korean Beef Stew (SO much flavor! And pull-apart beef!), and the Shakerato Iced Coffee.
