MY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER (NEVER AGAIN!)
What you did not like to this hotel?
To be honest none, the moment we arrived at the hotel. No one approached us, the receptionist just sitti g in front desk and that's it. They're just talking with their colleagues. There are a lot!! Totallya lot.
1.) Overpriced food and room - the food prices are very expensive. Same goes with a basic room that they have.
2.) Room accessories - The remote of the T.V., The T.V. reception is not clear majority of the channels, electric kettle (this is only a display and not functioning), and the comfort room had a broken doorknob. This is at room 216. 3. Hotel hr
3.) The food and room prices are exorbitant. Both the meals and basic rooms are priced very high.
4.) In room 216, there were several issues with amenities: the TV remote, unclear TV reception on most channels, an electric kettle that was decorative and non-functional, and a broken doorknob in the bathroom.
5.) Super slow internet connection - If you are working traveler, I don't recommend this Hotel at all. They only have 5 MBPS connection or less because.
The morning shift receptionists were unresponsive and preoccupied with personal conversations upon our arrival, failing to greet or assist us promptly.
There was a lack of communication regarding our early arrival request made during online booking. Despite indicating willingness to pay extra for an early check-in, no response was given. Upon arrival, we were informed that early check-ins were not permitted, with the standard check-in time being 2 pm. Despite offering to pay extra for temporary accommodation until our designated room was ready, we were informed there were no vacant rooms. This left us sleep-deprived and extremely fatigued after a long flight.
We were allowed to put our belongings at the front desk but had to wait five hours before accessing our reserved room. This prolonged wait added to our exhaustion, making for a very challenging start to our stay.
To cut the story short. This is my WORST Hotel experience ever. NEVER AGAIN!
Always look the 1-star rating of this accommodation they...

Fernando's Hotel is located near the city center, malls and other establishment are within a 1km radius and we managed to get there by walking. If walking is in your "no-no" list there are a lot of tricycle that goes in and out of the city proper which only cost eight (8) to ten (10) pesos per person.
We got a good deal from agoda, we got about 40 percent off our stay per night (compared to their posted price in the hotel) and based on that price the place is " still just "okay".
Staff: 4 stars Friendly and accommodating staff.
Room: I requested a twin room at first but they didn't seem to get the memo. My dad and I got a double bed but a few minutes later they moved us to a twin room. The size was okay but the floor wasn't properly swept, the room wasn't properly cleaned but the linens were changed.
There was only one pillow but you only have to pay another P 50.00 for a pillow for the entire duration of your stay - as a pillow person, that's okay. Comfort of the bed is okay. The bathroom is okay, there's a hot shower but the pressure isn't that strong.
The towel is small and thin, they provide some dental care and soap but not shampoo and conditioner.
There's TV with a lot of channels but the reception is mediocre at best. They clean the room everyday but perhaps because they changed our room in the last minute they didn't have enough time to prepare for it. But for those who are reading this review this based on the cheapest room, I am pretty sure the more expensive rooms are better than what we got.
They have a pretty nice pool too but we didn't have a chance to use it.
Location wise this is a very good hotel, especially when STARMALL which is just a few meters from the hotel will be opening on the 15th of October 2018 - yup, we saw the signs :D.
Enjoy your stay...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming 3-star hotel and was genuinely impressed by the quality of both the accommodations and the service. For only ₱3,500, we booked a twin room that exceeded our expectations in terms of size, comfort, and amenities. The room was spacious and tastefully designed, featuring a large flat-screen television, a mini refrigerator, and an overall premium feel that is rare at this price point.
One of the highlights of our stay was the beautifully maintained swimming pool, which is surrounded by lush greenery and thoughtfully landscaped plants. While falling leaves are natural due to the abundance of trees and foliage, the staff ensures the pool is cleaned whenever guests inform the reception of their intent to use it—a level of attentiveness we greatly appreciated.
We also enjoyed having breakfast in the veranda area located just outside our room. It’s a peaceful space equipped with a ceiling fan to keep the temperature comfortable, making it a lovely way to start the day. The breakfast itself was reasonably priced at ₱220, inclusive of coffee or tea, and was served in a relaxed, garden-inspired setting.
With plenty of rooms available, this hotel is ideal not just for leisure stays but also for group bookings or small events. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to travelers looking for aesthetically pleasing surroundings, comfortable accommodations, and excellent...
