I waited so long for my order! Other tables who came in after us already got their food—even though they ordered the same thing we did. I had to follow up multiple times, and it was already 3 a.m. It’s not like the place was packed; there weren’t even that many customers.

While we were still waiting, a new customer came in and got their order super fast—again, the exact same item we ordered. Meanwhile, we were still left waiting. Did they just forget about our order? Our friends had already finished eating, and our food hadn’t even been prepared yet. It was really...

A few hours ago, I ordered Champ Jr, he Didn't repeat my order through the counter so I just assumed it was right, after receiving the order, I tried to return but the staff mistakenly punched in Y1 instead of the Champ Jr. Meal.

They're not familiar with the order code.

Later, they said to wait for my other order of Chicken Sandwich for 10 minutes, but seem to rush the cooking time and handed me with a Raw order. I'm a big biter and almost eaten half of the sandwich. And saw it was raw.
